The Isarco Valley offers one of the most evocative natural landscapes in South Tyrol, characterized by majestic mountains, ancient farmhouses, castles and monasteries and dotted with villages, magnificent chestnut groves and above all terraced vineyards, with their neat stone walls. People are used to working mainly steep terrain, maintaining and caring for vineyards even of tiny dimensions up to 950m above sea level. It is precisely, and above all, this variety that arouses respect and keeps alive the attachment to an absolutely unique nature.
Valle Isarco Riesling
- Grapes : Sauvignon.
- Refinement : Delicate processing and pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation.
- Color : greenish yellow.
- Bouquet : intense, with hints of nettle and blackcurrant.
- Taste : dry, round, typical.
- Alcohol content : 13.5%Vol.
