HIM Prosciutto di Norcia PGI is a cured meat obtained from heavy national pork legs, aged for 18 months at an altitude of 1000 metres, on the peaks of the Sibillini Mountains of Norcia. The seasoning finds here the ideal climate to give thickness and sweetness to this ham with its characteristic "cello" shape and the classic triangular cut of the rind. It has a delicate aroma and its slice is pinkish-red in colour.
