Grappa obtained from the pomace of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi grapes, distilled with the traditional bain-marie method which, slow and expensive, allows to best enhance the characteristic aromas of the vine.
Transparent and bright color, with initial hints of figs, yellow fruit and floral notes; to enrich the scent, herbaceous hints of hay and chlorophyll emerge, reminiscent of the vine of origin.
Ideal for the end of a meal, but also excellent in combination with chocolate, dry desserts and desserts based on chocolate and fruit.
Serving temperature: 18-20 ° C.
