Cellar: Gestilenti PRODUCTION AREA Hills of Benevento in the municipalities of Guardia Sanframondi, Castelvenere, San Lorenzo M. San Lupo. VARIETY 100% Falanghina. VINIFICATION AND AGING The harvest period runs from 25 September to 7 October. After the soft pressing and the consequent fermentation at a controlled temperature, the refinement in steel follows. Bottling takes place in February. COLOR Pale straw yellow. BOUQUET Intense, persistent, floral, slightly acidic. FLAVOR Immediate, very fresh, with a light final note of almond. ALCOHOL CONTENT 13.5% vol. SERVING TEMPERATURE 12/13°C.
