From the vinification of 100% pure Sauvignon grapes. The origin is the classic South Tyrolean Valle Isarco. For the vinification, delicate processing and pressing are foreseen, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation on the noble lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation.
Characteristics of this white wine
In appearance, the color is greenish yellow, a sign of great youth. The nose opens with a fruity and delicate bouquet, with aromas of pineapple and banana. The taste on the palate is fresh, slender and pleasantly lively, with a balanced body.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and fish-based dishes, it is ideal in combination with seafood and white meats. The optimal serving temperature of 10°C. The alcohol content reached is 13% Vol.
