BIANCHELLO DEL METAURO SUPERIORE DOC – ANDY' 14

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: golden yellow with veiled frosting, an olfactory range opens up with notes of yellow rose, elderflower, mimosa, peach, papaya, orange blossom flowers, then butter, white chocolate, honey, vanilla and clayey minerality. On the palate immediately soft and warm then sapid and full-bodied with freshness and final persistence with a pleasant note of candied citron and sweet almond.

PAIRINGS: risotto with porcini mushrooms and saffron, ravioli with prized white truffle, spaghetti with lobster, baked mackerel, baked turbot with olives, cherry tomatoes and potatoes, cheese in walnut leaf.
