History
Ramazzotti Amaro is an Italian bitter liqueur among the most historic and sold, both in Italy and abroad. It was born in 1815 on the invention of Ausano Ramazzotti, in Milan.
Method of production
Ramazzotti Amaro is a bitter liqueur that is obtained through the maceration of 33 different herbs and spices, still today according to the ancient secret recipe dating back to 1815.
Usage
Ramazzotti Amaro is a bitter liqueur perfect as an after-dinner and digestive.
It is also ideal for the preparation of some mixology cocktails, or as an aperitif.
Tasting Notes
Ramazzotti Amaro shows a dark amber color, an aromatic, elegant and citrusy nose. In the mouth it has a marked initial sweetness, only to leave room for a bitter sensation on the finish.
